SMEs in Central and Western Regions to benefit from Vodafone Business Solutions

July 7, 2015 • Telecoms & Mobile, West Africa

Small and Medium Scale Enterprises in the Central and Western Region starting this week will have access to the services of Vodafone Business Solutions, the enterprise arm of Vodafone Ghana. This follows an initiative by the Vodafone Ghana as part of a strategic commitment to identify and meet the needs of its SME customers across the country.

In release issued in Accra and copied to Biztechafrica in Accra it noted that in a competitive telecommunications landscape such as Ghana’s, mobile telephony companies are devising effective and well-tested mechanisms to stay ahead and win the positioning battle. According to the statement Vodafone Ghana appears to have taken a step ahead in this regard and starting off today in Takoradi, staff of the unit will set up interactive and service desks in the Takoradi vicinity to interact and provide assistance to SME customers on all their challenging issues.

It said the team will also re-introduce their flagship ‘RED BUSINESS’ product to customers in an effort to entrench their position as the Best in ‘Telecoms Business’ – a feat they achieved at the recently held Ghana Telecom Awards.

The interactive activity will be replicated across other parts of the Western Region, particularly, Tarkwa and then to Cape Coast in the Central Region..

The Head of Vodafone Business Solutions Angela Mensah-Poku in the statement maintained that the customer is at the heart of the business landscape in the present dispensation.

“The service-dominant logic is what makes businesses successful and it is something we have unflinching dedication for.

Going forward, we want our customers to rest assured that all their concerns will be effectively addressed by us. We want them to know that without them we have no business” she said.
